The SoC CMOS image sensor D750 (EMPHIS-300) focus on demanding applications in industrial image processing and security & surveillance. He offers an extraordinary wide dynamic range with a resolution of 750 x 400 pixels. Due to the global shutter and the Region-of-Interest, even high-speed applications with exposure times in the µs-area are possible.
