Active Apertures: 3 x 21 mm to 0,05 x 3,5 mm

Rise Time: 30 µs to 0,25 µs

Optical Transmission: 80% to 95%

Diffraction Efficiencies: 75% to 5%

Deflection Angle: 0,4° to 15°

RF Power: 0,25 W to 2 W


Drivers are available optimized for each deflector.

Deflektors are also available as 2-dimensional versions.
